Job Overview

Role Context

Godrej Properties' Design team manages interior design for GPL's residential and commercial projects — briefing and reviewing external design consultants, developing design standards for GPL's brand, and ensuring design quality through construction delivery. Design Associates work across residential lobbies, amenity areas, clubhouses, model apartments, commercial office lobbies, and retail environments — gaining exposure to a diverse range of premium interior typologies within India's most active residential real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of interior design briefs, design standards, and concept direction for GPL residential and commercial projects
• Review design submissions from external interior design consultants against GPL's design standards and quality expectations
• Prepare design feedback reports, review comments, and approval documentation for consultant design submissions
• Coordinate design development with project management, sales, and branding teams within GPL
• Assist in FF&E specification and material selection for residential lobbies, amenity areas, and model apartments
• Conduct site inspections during fit-out phases — review interior installation quality against design intent
• Maintain GPL's design documentation — drawing registers, material libraries, and design standard guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit is an advantage
• Strong design sensibility for premium residential and commercial interior environments
• Good English communication skills for consultant coordination and internal stakeholder management
• Understanding of luxury residential interior design — materials, finishes, and premium FF&E
• Portfolio demonstrating premium residential, hospitality, or commercial interior design
