Accor India is hiring fresh design graduates as Interior Design Graduates (Hospitality) within its Technical Services & Design team. You will support interior design review, renovation coordination, and design quality assurance for Accor's extensive India portfolio — spanning brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, ibis, and Ibis Styles.

Job Overview

Role Context

Accor India's Technical Services & Design team manages the design review and approval process for hotel projects across Accor's diverse multi-brand India portfolio — one of the largest of any international hotel group in the country. Interior Design Graduates support senior design managers in reviewing owner design submissions, maintaining brand design standard compliance, and coordinating design information across Accor's South Asia and global design teams. The breadth of Accor's brand portfolio — from ultra-luxury Raffles to economy ibis — gives freshers exposure to design standards, aesthetic principles, and interior typologies across an exceptionally wide range of hotel categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing interior design drawings and FF&E specifications from hotel owner consultants against Accor's brand design standards
• Prepare design review reports, feedback documentation, and approval letters for hotel owners across multiple brands
• Maintain Accor India's project design tracking system — review status logs, drawing registers, and correspondence records
• Coordinate design information between hotel owners, local consultants, and Accor's South Asia and Paris-based global design teams
• Research and update Accor's India material and FF&E product libraries for multiple brand standards
• Assist in pre-opening site inspections — review interior installation quality and prepare punch list documentation
• Support preparation of brand design guideline updates and owner design briefing materials

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency for drawing review and redline markup
• Broad visual design sensibility spanning luxury, upper-midscale, and economy hotel categories
• Good English communication skills — written and verbal for owner, developer, and international team correspondence
• Detail-oriented and organized for managing high-volume multi-brand design documentation
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and curiosity about hotel brand identity
