About This Role

Hilton India is hiring fresh design graduates as Design Graduates (Hospitality Interiors) within its Development & Design team. You will support the interior design review and project coordination for Hilton's growing portfolio of hotels in India — spanning brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Conrad, DoubleTree, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton Inn.

Job Overview

Role Context

Hilton's Development & Design team in India manages the design review, approval, and technical support for hotel projects across Hilton's India portfolio — working with hotel owners, developers, and their design consultants to deliver Hilton-branded hotels that meet the firm's global design standards. Design Graduates support this team in reviewing design submissions, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating design information across Hilton's global and Asia-Pacific design teams. India is one of Hilton's fastest-growing markets, meaning freshers will work on a high volume of active hotel development projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing interior design submissions from hotel owner consultants against Hilton's brand design standards
• Prepare design review reports, approval letters, and technical compliance feedback for hotel owners and consultants
• Maintain Hilton India's project design database — drawing trackers, review status logs, and approval records
• Coordinate design information between hotel owners, consultants, and Hilton's Asia-Pacific design team in Singapore
• Research and compile material and FF&E product information for Hilton's India brand standard libraries
• Assist in site inspections for pre-opening hotel projects — review design implementation quality
• Support preparation of brand design guidelines and owner training materials

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency for drawing review
• Strong visual sensibility for hospitality interior design quality
• Good English communication skills — written and verbal for owner and developer correspondence
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing large design documentation volumes
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and hotel design
