Deloitte India is hiring fresh design graduates as Interior Design Analysts within its Workplace Solutions team. You will support the design, planning, and delivery of Deloitte's India office environments — workspaces for one of the world's leading professional services firms, shaped by Deloitte's global commitments to hybrid work, sustainability, and employee wellbeing.

Job Overview

Role Context

Deloitte India's Workplace Solutions team manages interior design and fit-out delivery for Deloitte's India offices — sophisticated professional services environments that balance open collaboration zones, focused work areas, client meeting suites, and premium amenity spaces. Interior Design Analysts work alongside workplace strategists, project managers, and external design consultants to deliver office projects that reflect Deloitte's brand identity and global workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support interior design development for Deloitte's India office spaces — open workfloors, meeting suites, client lounges, and cafe areas
• Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD — floor plans, interior elevations, furniture layouts, and finish schedules
• Assist in developing design briefs and scope documents for external interior design consultants
• Review consultant design submissions for compliance with Deloitte's global workplace design standards
• Coordinate FF&E specification and procurement — sample reviews, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking
• Support site delivery — attend progress meetings, review installation quality, and track snag lists
• Maintain project documentation — drawing registers, design decision records, and project status reports

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal, for client and senior stakeholder environments
• Organized and professional — comfortable in formal corporate environments
• Understanding of premium commercial interior design and corporate brand standards
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial or corporate interior design capability
