Junior Interior Designer – Workplace

About This Role

Accenture India is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Interior Designers within its Corporate Services and Sustainability (CSS) — Real Estate and Workplace team. You will contribute to the design and delivery of Accenture's workplace environments across India — supporting the firm's global pivot to hybrid work, innovation lab design, and sustainable workplace transformation.

Job Overview

Role Context

Accenture India manages a vast real estate portfolio across 10+ Indian cities — housing over 300,000 employees in offices, delivery centers, and innovation hubs. The CSS Real Estate team is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving these environments in line with Accenture's global workplace strategy. Junior Interior Designers support design projects ranging from office reconfigurations and amenity upgrades to new facility fit-outs — working with Accenture's design standards and external consultants in fast-paced project delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support interior design development for Accenture's India offices — workspace areas, collaboration zones, client experience spaces, and innovation labs
• Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD and Revit — floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, and furniture layouts
• Review external consultant design submissions against Accenture's global workplace design standards
• Assist in space programming — aligning headcount data, work mode analysis, and sustainability targets with spatial layouts
• Coordinate FF&E procurement — specification preparation, vendor reviews, sample approvals, and delivery tracking
• Support project delivery alongside project managers, contractors, and facility management teams
• Maintain drawing registers, design decision logs, and project documentation records

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills for multi-stakeholder corporate environments
• Organized — comfortable managing multiple simultaneous projects and documentation streams
• Understanding of sustainability in interior design — LEED, WELL, or IGBC awareness
• Portfolio demonstrating workplace or commercial interior design capability
