You will work on interior design components of healthcare, education, workplace, and infrastructure projects delivered within Stantec's integrated multi-disciplinary project teams.

Role Context

Stantec India operates as a fully integrated member of Stantec's global design network, with Indian studios collaborating with teams in North America, the UK, Australia, and the Middle East on cross-border projects. Junior Interior Designers join multi-disciplinary teams where architecture, interiors, MEP engineering, and environmental consulting work in parallel. Freshers at Stantec India gain unusually broad technical exposure — particularly across healthcare and education interior typologies, which require deep understanding of infection control, accessibility, and specialist room data sheet requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design schemes from concept through construction documentation in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare interior elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules, and FF&E documentation
• Assist in developing room data sheets and interior specifications for healthcare and laboratory projects
• Create presentation materials — concept boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate interior design inputs with architecture, structural, MEP, and specialist engineering teams
• Assist in LEED, WELL, or Green Star documentation for interior material and indoor environment credits
• Participate in design review meetings; prepare agendas and circulate minutes

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• Revit proficiency preferred; AutoCAD is required
• SketchUp or Lumion for 3D visualization
• Understanding of green building principles and sustainable material selection
• Interest in healthcare or education design typologies
• Portfolio demonstrating technical drawing quality alongside design concept development
