Knight Frank — a leading independent global property consultancy — is hiring fresh graduates as Interior Design Associates within its Project Management and Workplace Consultancy practice in India. You will contribute to the design and delivery of corporate workplace, retail, and mixed-use interior fit-out projects for Knight Frank's diverse client base across India.

Job Overview

Role Context

Knight Frank India's Project Management team advises occupiers, developers, and investors on workplace strategy and interior design delivery. Interior Design Associates sit within client-facing project teams, contributing to concept design, design development, and construction delivery phases across corporate, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects. The role combines hands-on design production with project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept designs, space plans, and design option presentations for client review meetings
• Produce interior construction drawings in AutoCAD — floor plans, interior elevations, sections, joinery details, and finish schedules
• Develop 3D visualizations and presentation boards using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Assist in FF&E specification — sourcing products, preparing comparative statements, and liaising with vendors
• Coordinate design inputs from MEP, structural, and specialist consultants into integrated drawing packages
• Prepare and maintain project design registers, drawing trackers, and RFI logs
• Attend site visits to review material installation quality and document non-conformances

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency is required; Revit is an advantage
• SketchUp and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations
• Strong spatial reasoning and design communication ability
• Organized and detail-oriented — comfortable managing document registers and drawing logs
• Good written and verbal English for client-facing project environments
• Portfolio demonstrating workplace, commercial, or residential interior design projects
