Colliers — a leading global diversified professional services company specializing in commercial real estate — is hiring fresh graduates as Junior Interior Designers within its Occupier Services and Project Management practice in India. You will design and deliver corporate workplace interiors for Colliers' Fortune 500 client base across India's major business cities.

Job Overview

Role Context

Colliers India's Project Management team handles corporate office fit-out design and delivery for technology companies, banks, and professional services firms across India. Junior Interior Designers work inside integrated project teams alongside project managers, cost consultants, and MEP coordinators — gaining exposure to the full interior design lifecycle from brief to occupation on high-value commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workplace design concepts, test-fit space plans, and design option studies for corporate occupier briefs
• Produce interior construction drawings in AutoCAD and Revit — floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and finish schedules
• Prepare client presentation packages including mood boards, material palettes, 3D visualizations, and design rationale documents
• Assist in FF&E specification — furniture, flooring, lighting, wall finishes, acoustic treatments, and artwork
• Coordinate interior design deliverables with MEP, structural, and IT/AV consultants
• Support BOQ preparation and vendor coordination for fit-out packages
• Attend site progress meetings and review contractor installation quality against design intent

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des (Interior Design) or B.Arch — 2024/2025 batch
• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory; Revit experience preferred
• 3D visualization skills — SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max
• Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign for client presentations
• Interest in workplace strategy, activity-based working, and corporate interior trends
• Good English communication skills for client-facing project environments
• Portfolio demonstrating commercial or workplace interior projects
