Environmental & ESG Analyst – Tetra Tech

Tetra Tech's environmental and sustainability work spans climate resilience planning, ESG reporting, environmental compliance, and clean energy project support for utilities, federal agencies, and corporations across the US. We are hiring Environmental & ESG Analysts in Pasadena to support Tetra Tech's growing corporate sustainability and climate advisory practice.
Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESAs) and sustainability audits for corporate clients
- Support corporate GHG emissions inventories and carbon footprint analysis for Tetra Tech's energy and industrial clients
- Assist with NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) environmental impact assessment documentation for infrastructure projects
- Support ESG reporting for corporate clients including GRI Standards disclosures and SEC environmental compliance filings
- Research environmental regulations and advise clients on federal and state environmental compliance obligations
- Support community stakeholder engagement and environmental justice analysis for infrastructure and energy projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability
- Understanding of NEPA, CERCLA, Clean Air Act, and federal environmental regulations
- Knowledge of GHG accounting and ESG reporting frameworks
- Strong technical writing skills for environmental reports and regulatory submissions
- GIS mapping experience (ArcGIS, QGIS) is a valuable plus
