Social Media Marketing Associate

About This Role

Kenvue India (the standalone consumer health company spun off from Johnson & Johnson, home to Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Listerine, Aveeno, Band-Aid, and Tylenol) is hiring a Social Media Marketing Associate to build digital brand communities and drive consumer engagement across India's rapidly growing health and personal care digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Kenvue India brand social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Develop platform-native content strategy and brief designers/video editors on asset creation
• Plan and execute influencer collaboration campaigns in beauty, wellness, and health categories
• Monitor social listening dashboards and respond to brand mentions and consumer queries
• Run paid social campaigns on Meta and YouTube; optimise for reach, engagement, and conversion
• Report monthly on social channel performance, follower growth, and content KPIs

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• 0–2 years of social media management experience; strong interns welcome
• Deep platform knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ecosystem
• Passion for health, beauty, and consumer wellness topics
• Excellent English writing and visual content curation skills
• Familiarity with social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Hootsuite)
