About This Role
3M India is seeking a Marketing Communications Associate to support integrated marketing campaigns for its diversified product portfolio spanning safety equipment, healthcare, stationery (Post-it, Scotch), automotive, and electronics segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing collateral: brochures, videos, social media posts, and white papers
- Support digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and programmatic display
- Coordinate with PR agency for media relations and press release distribution
- Manage 3M India's social media channels and e-newsletter programme
- Support exhibition and trade show participation (Automechanika, IMTEX, Plastivision, etc.)
- Track marketing communications KPIs and prepare quarterly reports
Requirements & Skills
- MBA (Marketing/Communications) or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm., or Business
- Strong writing and editing skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools (WordPress), and email marketing
- Creative thinking with ability to communicate complex product benefits clearly
- Organised and detail-oriented with good project management discipline
