Shopper Marketing Executive

About This Role

Henkel India (brands: Schwarzkopf, Loctite, Persil, Dial) is hiring a Shopper Marketing Executive to strengthen shopper engagement and category growth in modern trade and e-commerce channels across India. You will craft in-store and online promotional activations that convert shoppers into loyal brand buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute shopper marketing programmes for Henkel Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care brands
• Develop POSM, shelf talkers, and display solutions for modern trade (BigBazaar, DMart, Reliance, Spencer's)
• Plan promotional mechanics: value packs, combos, gift-with-purchase, and loyalty programmes
• Manage e-commerce A+ content, sponsored listings, and digital promotions on Amazon and Flipkart
• Analyse shopper conversion data and recommend category captain insights to key retailers
• Coordinate with sales team on trade scheme rollout and retailer communication

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing/Sales) from a recognised institution
• Understanding of shopper behaviour, retail formats, and category management
• Good understanding of Indian modern trade and e-commerce landscape
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Willingness to do regular field visits across metro and tier-2 cities
