Performance Marketing Associate

About This Role

Booking.com India is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to support its India growth marketing team. You will run paid acquisition campaigns that drive hotel and accommodation bookings from India, one of Booking.com's fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns for India
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads for travel acquisition campaigns
• Analyse performance data (CPA, ROAS, Revenue per Click) and present recommendations
• Support app marketing campaigns on Google UAC and Apple Search Ads
• Coordinate with local content teams on India-specific promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor competitive SEM/SEO landscape among OTA players in India

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of performance marketing or digital advertising experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
• Strong quantitative skills; comfort with large performance datasets
• Interest in travel, hospitality, and digital growth marketing
