Field Marketing Executive

About This Role

Oracle India is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to support demand generation and pipeline programmes for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion ERP, and Oracle Advertising. You will execute India-specific marketing activities that connect sales teams with enterprise prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing events including roundtables, CIO forums, and executive briefings in India
• Manage digital demand generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars) for enterprise accounts
• Coordinate with partner ecosystem (system integrators, VARs) on co-marketing activities
• Track programme ROI: registrations, attendance, MQLs, and pipeline influenced
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and lead scoring rules in Oracle Eloqua
• Localise global Oracle campaign assets for India market preferences

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) or bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Strong event management and programme coordination skills
• Interest in enterprise technology and cloud computing market
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce experience is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
