Marketing Operations Associate

About This Role

SAP India is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to support its India marketing team in planning, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns for SAP's enterprise solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise B2B marketing tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaign operations: list management, campaign builds, and deployment via Marketo
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics using SAP Analytics Cloud and Tableau
• Coordinate logistics for SAP events, virtual summits, and field marketing activities in India
• Maintain SAP India's content library: case studies, white papers, solution briefs
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align India programmes
• Support budget tracking and vendor management for India marketing spend

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Familiarity with B2B marketing concepts and enterprise technology
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP solutions is a plus but not mandatory for freshers
