Brand Communications Associate

About This Role

ITC Limited is hiring a Brand Communications Associate to support its FMCG brands including Aashirvaad, Bingo!, Sunfeast, Yippee!, Engage, Fiama, and Classmate. This role involves developing marketing communication plans and supporting execution across India's diverse consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist brand teams in developing integrated marketing communication briefs for ATL and BTL
• Coordinate with advertising agencies on campaign development and approval processes
• Support digital marketing execution including social media and performance campaigns
• Monitor media plans and track GRP/reach/frequency versus brand targets
• Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports and brand health analysis
• Support new product launches with communication strategy and rollout planning

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) from a recognised business school
• Strong communication and creative sensibility
• Interest in mass-market consumer goods and Indian media landscape
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
