About This Role
Deloitte Digital India is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join its digital transformation practice. You will work with clients across industries to design and deliver data-driven marketing strategies, campaign analytics, and customer experience programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client marketing data including customer segmentation, campaign ROI, and funnel performance
- Build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Support client teams in implementing marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Assist in digital transformation projects spanning CRM, loyalty programmes, and personalisation engines
- Prepare client presentations and deliver insights to marketing leadership
- Research emerging digital marketing trends and martech solutions
Requirements & Skills
- MBA (Marketing/Analytics) or bachelor's degree in statistics, business, or marketing
- Strong quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel is essential; SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts (attribution, LTV, cohort analysis)
- Good communication skills with ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
