Marketing Programs Associate

About This Role

Microsoft India is looking for a Marketing Programs Associate to support India go-to-market activities for Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Surface. You will coordinate demand generation campaigns that accelerate cloud and AI adoption in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital demand generation campaigns (email marketing, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns)
• Coordinate partner co-marketing events, roadshows, and digital programmes
• Manage marketing budget tracking and vendor invoicing
• Measure and report campaign performance using Marketo, SFDC, and Power BI dashboards
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align marketing to sales priorities
• Localise global campaign assets for the Indian market

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology
• 0–2 years of B2B marketing or technology marketing experience
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Marketo, SFDC) is a plus
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability
