About This Role

Meta India is hiring a Social Media & Content Marketing Associate to help shape how Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads communicate with India's massive user base. You will produce creative, data-backed content that resonates with diverse Indian communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content calendars for Meta's India brand social channels
• Write engaging copy and creative briefs for Instagram, Facebook, and Threads
• Coordinate with creative agencies and designers to produce social assets
• Monitor social listening data and community sentiment
• Support influencer partnership coordination for India campaigns
• Prepare analytics reports on content performance and audience growth

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 0–2 years of content or social media experience; strong internship experience accepted
• Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook platform mechanics
• Exceptional writing skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
• Creative portfolio demonstrating past social/content work
