Brand Marketing Trainee

About This Role

Johnson & Johnson India is looking for a Brand Marketing Trainee to support its Consumer Health division (Johnson's Baby, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Band-Aid, Listerine). You will contribute to building trusted brand relationships with millions of Indian consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support brand managers in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Conduct consumer research and synthesise insights for brand strategy
• Coordinate with digital agencies on social media content and paid ads
• Assist in trade marketing activations, pharmacy visibility, and in-store campaigns
• Track brand performance metrics and prepare management review decks
• Support innovation pipeline: concept testing and launch communication

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institution, 2025 or 2026 batch
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and consumer goods marketing
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate across commercial, medical, and regulatory teams
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
