Category Marketing Executive

About This Role

Reckitt India is seeking a Category Marketing Executive to support brand teams for Dettol, Harpic, Lysol, Durex, Strepsils, and Veet. This entry-level role provides end-to-end exposure to category management and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand plans across category portfolios
• Analyse household panel data (Kantar) and retail audit data (Nielsen) for insights
• Coordinate with shopper marketing teams on in-store visibility and POSM
• Assist in new product development packaging and communication briefs
• Manage brand digital assets and campaign trafficking
• Prepare category performance presentations for leadership reviews

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) from a recognised business school
• Analytical mindset; comfort with syndicated data tools is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity about health, hygiene, and home care categories
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
