Digital Marketing Executive

About This Role

Mondelez India (makers of Cadbury Dairy Milk, Oreo, 5 Star, Bournvita, and Chips Ahoy!) is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to accelerate its digital brand-building activities across social media, content marketing, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own brand social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X) with content calendar management
• Brief creative agencies and review content for quality and brand alignment
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns tied to seasonal moments
• Manage paid digital campaigns and provide performance reports
• Support e-commerce product listing content optimisation (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit)
• Track digital brand health: share-of-voice, sentiment, and engagement benchmarks

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred)
• 0–2 years of digital marketing experience; strong interns considered
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus
• Creative writing skills with attention to tone-of-voice guidelines
