Marketing Analyst

About This Role

Colgate-Palmolive India is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join its Brand Management team. The role focuses on analysing consumer and market data to inform campaign decisions for Colgate toothpaste, Palmolive, and Ajax brands in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Nielsen, Kantar, and internal sell-out data to track brand performance
• Prepare monthly brand health dashboards and competitive trackers
• Support campaign pre-testing and post-evaluation using consumer research panels
• Coordinate with media agencies on media plan efficiency analysis
• Assist in developing consumer communication strategy for new launches
• Contribute to trade marketing and shopper marketing programmes

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing/Analytics) from a reputed institution
• Strong data analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally SQL or Tableau
• Understanding of FMCG category dynamics and Indian retail landscape
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
