About This Role
L'Oréal India invites passionate marketers to join its Consumer Products Division as Brand Executives. You will work on some of India's most loved beauty and personal care brands including L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, and Essie.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Brand Managers in executing 360° marketing plans across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Support innovation launches: packaging, communication briefs, and go-to-market planning
- Monitor category trends, consumer feedback, and competitive landscape
- Manage relationships with advertising, PR, and influencer marketing agencies
- Analyse sales data, market share, and campaign ROI to inform decisions
- Coordinate e-commerce content and beauty retail activations
Requirements & Skills
- MBA (Marketing) from a recognised institution, 2025 or 2026 batch
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and consumer lifestyle trends
- Strong creative sensibility combined with analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in digital platforms and social media
