About This Role

PepsiCo India is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Brand team supporting Pepsi, Lay's, Kurkure, 7Up, Tropicana, and Gatorade brands in India. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to work on campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Assist in consumer research studies and synthesise findings for brand teams
• Coordinate with media planners, creative agencies, and PR partners
• Track brand performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing reports
• Assist in activation planning for IPL, cricket, and cultural moments
• Contribute to packaging design briefs and innovation pipeline communications

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) or postgraduate degree in related discipline
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
• Awareness of FMCG industry trends and competitor brands
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for data-driven presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
