Marketing Trainee

About This Role

Nestlé India invites fresh MBA graduates to join its Marketing function as Marketing Trainees. You will support brand teams for household names including Maggi, KitKat, Nescafé, Munch, and Milkmaid, gaining exposure to the full marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns
• Support consumer insight research, focus groups, and category analysis
• Help manage digital and social media content calendars for brand platforms
• Coordinate with advertising, PR, and digital agencies
• Track competitor activity and prepare periodic market reports
• Contribute to in-store merchandising and trade marketing activities

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) 2025 or 2026 graduate from a recognised university
• Strong academic record and interest in FMCG/food & beverage industry
• Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Creative thinking and ability to translate consumer insights into ideas
• Team player with willingness to travel for market visits
