About This Role
P&G India is looking for a passionate Brand Associate to join its Marketing function. You will own meaningful projects from Day 1, working on iconic brands like Ariel, Pampers, Gillette, Olay, and Vicks across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across TV, digital, and retail touchpoints
- Develop consumer communication briefs and manage agency relationships
- Analyse consumer data, sales trends, and competitive intelligence to shape brand strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and R&D teams
- Manage brand budgets and track ROI of marketing investments
- Contribute to new product launch marketing plans
Requirements & Skills
- MBA from a top-tier business school (marketing specialisation preferred)
- Leadership experience – student council, clubs, or entrepreneurship
- Curiosity about consumer behaviour and market dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Analytical mindset with comfort with data and spreadsheets
