Marketing Management Trainee

About This Role

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company. As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will rotate across brand management, consumer insights, and trade marketing to build a 360-degree understanding of FMCG marketing in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Brand Managers in developing integrated marketing campaigns for HUL's portfolio (Dove, Surf Excel, Lifebuoy, Knorr, etc.)
• Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to surface market insights
• Support ATL and BTL activity planning including TV, digital, and in-store activations
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies, and production houses
• Track brand health metrics (brand equity, share-of-voice, market share)
• Present findings and recommendations to senior brand leadership

Requirements & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute (batch 2025/2026) or equivalent
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for brands, consumer behaviour, and FMCG sector
• Prior internship in marketing is an advantage
