About This Role

Saatchi & Saatchi India — part of the legendary global advertising network known for "Nothing is Impossible" and Publicis Groupe — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Art Directors to join its India creative team, developing visually innovative campaigns for Saatchi's roster of FMCG, automotive, and consumer brand clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop visual advertising concepts and campaign executions across TV, print, digital, social media, and OOH formats
Create compelling key visuals, campaign layouts, and brand identity design solutions under the direction of senior art directors
Collaborate with copywriters on creative concepts — developing both the visual and strategic rationale for campaign ideas
Design social media content calendars and digital campaign assets with a platform-native design sensibility
Prepare client-ready presentation materials — concept boards, mood boards, and design rationale decks
Contribute to Saatchi's culture of fearless creative ambition — proposing big ideas even as a junior team member

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Applied Arts — 2024/2025 batch
Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Conceptual thinking ability — can generate original advertising ideas, not just visual executions
Fearless creative disposition — willingness to pursue bold, unconventional visual solutions
Portfolio showing advertising-oriented conceptual thinking alongside strong visual craft
