About This Role
Instamojo — India's leading D2C (direct-to-consumer) commerce platform empowering 2 million+ small businesses — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior UI/Graphic Designers to create visual content, product design assets, and marketing materials that help India's small business owners and creators grow their businesses online.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Instamojo's marketing campaign visuals — social media content, emailers, digital ads, and blog post graphics targeting small business and creator audiences
- Create product UI visual assets — onboarding illustrations, feature highlight graphics, empty state designs, and in-app banners
- Design educational content visuals — infographics, webinar presentations, and how-to guide visual assets for Instamojo's SMB learning resources
- Develop Instamojo's seller success story visuals — case study graphics, seller testimonial creatives, and community content
- Create branded templates for Instamojo's sellers — online store banner templates, product catalog layouts, and social media post templates that sellers can customize
- Maintain visual consistency across Instamojo's marketing and product design touchpoints
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of both graphic design and basic UI design principles
- Empathy for small business owners and creators — genuine interest in building tools that help them succeed
- Portfolio showing versatile design work across digital marketing and product UI visual design
