About This Role
Pepperfry — India's leading online furniture and home décor marketplace — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Graphic Designers for its in-house creative team in Mumbai, designing the marketing visuals, digital content, and home décor editorial that inspires millions of Indian homemakers to shop for furniture, décor, and lighting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design digital marketing assets — app and website banners, promotional emailers, social media posts, and YouTube thumbnails for home décor content
- Create home décor editorial visuals — room styling photographs direction, lookbooks, and interior inspiration content
- Develop campaign visuals for Pepperfry's sale events — Pepperfry Home Festival, seasonal décor campaigns, and new collection launches
- Design social media content for home décor inspiration — Instagram interior design posts, Pinterest boards, and YouTube home tour thumbnails
- Create print materials for Pepperfry's offline studio network — in-store signage, brochures, and studio event collaterals
- Develop product visual presentations — category page banners and product feature visuals for Pepperfry's catalog
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Interior Design Communication — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Genuine passion for interior design, home décor, furniture aesthetics, and lifestyle visual culture
- Eye for space, texture, proportion, and home styling aesthetics
- Portfolio showcasing lifestyle, home, or retail-oriented visual design work
