About This Role
Razorpay — India's leading fintech company processing $90+ billion in annual payments — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Brand Designers for its in-house creative team in Bengaluru, designing the visual identity, marketing campaigns, and brand communication for one of India's most design-forward fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Razorpay's marketing campaign visuals — digital ads, social media content, conference booth designs, and brand collaterals
- Create visual assets for Razorpay's product marketing — feature launch visuals, product explainer graphics, and sales enablement decks
- Design brand identity applications — swag merchandise, office environmental design, and event branding
- Develop motion graphic content for Razorpay's social media, product demos, and marketing videos
- Create technical infographics and product visualization assets that explain Razorpay's fintech products to business audiences
- Maintain and evolve Razorpay's brand design system — ensuring visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Interest in fintech, B2B design, and business-audience visual communication
- Clean, contemporary design aesthetic with ability to maintain design system consistency
- Portfolio showcasing digital-first, brand-driven design work — especially B2B or tech context
