About This Role
Landor & Fitch India — part of the world's most prestigious brand consulting and design firm (WPP group) — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Brand Designers to work on global and Indian brand identity, packaging design, and brand experience projects for some of the world's most recognized companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identity design — logos, visual identity systems, typographic treatments, color systems, and iconography for Landor's client brands
- Create packaging design concepts and brand identity applications across physical and digital touchpoints
- Design brand guideline documents, brand toolkits, and identity application manuals
- Develop presentation decks and visual storytelling materials for client strategy and identity presentations
- Contribute to brand naming, brand architecture visualization, and brand portfolio design
- Support senior designers on global rebranding projects — adapting global identities for Indian market applications
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./NID graduate in Graphic Design or Visual Communication — 2024/2025 batch
- Strong mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for precision brand design work
- Meticulous design craft — attention to kerning, spacing, proportion, and visual refinement
- Understanding of brand strategy, identity systems, and brand architecture concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating strong brand identity, typographic design, and design system thinking
- Ability to articulate design decisions and contribute to client-facing presentations
