About This Role

Disney+ Hotstar — India's most popular streaming platform with 40+ million premium subscribers and 300+ million users — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Creative Designers to craft the visual communication, campaign design, and content marketing for India's leading OTT platform across sports, movies, TV shows, and original content.

Key Responsibilities

Design IPL, FIFA World Cup, and other sports marketing campaign visuals — key visuals, social media content, and broadcast graphics
Create original content promotional assets — movie posters, show key arts, trailer thumbnails, and episode covers for Disney+ Hotstar Originals
Design in-app promotional banners, carousels, and feature highlight visuals for the Hotstar app interface
Develop social media content for Disney+ Hotstar's entertainment brands across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
Create motion graphics and animated intros for trailers, promos, and marketing reels
Design marketing materials for Disney+ Hotstar's subscriber acquisition campaigns — subscription banners, offer visuals, and performance creatives

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Film Communication — 2024/2025 batch
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects for motion is a strong advantage
Genuine passion for movies, cricket, OTT content, and entertainment visual culture
Understanding of entertainment brand aesthetics — bold, cinematic, and emotionally engaging design
Portfolio showcasing entertainment, sports, or media-oriented visual design work
