About This Role
Times Internet — the digital arm of The Times Group and India's largest digital media company — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Graphic Designers to create visual content for its portfolio of 40+ digital products including The Times of India, Economic Times, Navbharat Times, MahaKumbh, Cricbuzz, Gaana, and MX Player.
Key Responsibilities
- Design editorial visuals, news article hero images, and infographics for Times Internet's news and business publications
- Create social media content — posts, carousels, reels covers, and story templates for TOI, ET, and other Times Internet brands
- Design digital marketing assets — banners, emailers, and promotional visuals for Times Internet's advertising and subscription products
- Create motion graphics and animated visuals for Times Internet's video content platforms (MX Player) and news channels
- Design sports visual content for Cricbuzz and ET Now Sports — match previews, scorecards, and sports infographics
- Produce print and digital materials for Times Group events — Times Litfest, ET Awards, and brand events
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc./B.Journalism in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Mass Communication — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of editorial design, news aesthetics, and information visualization
- Interest in current affairs, sports, and media industry is a strong advantage
- Ability to work quickly and deliver quality visuals under tight publication deadlines
