About This Role

Urban Company — India's leading home services platform and one of Asia's most admired service marketplaces — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Brand Designers to shape the visual identity and marketing communication for a brand serving 8 million+ customers and 50,000+ service professionals across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Create brand campaign visuals — digital ads, social media content, OOH designs, and emailer templates for Urban Company's home services marketing
• Design service partner-facing communication materials — professional kit visuals, training aids, and partner app graphics
• Develop visual content for Urban Company's hygiene and home care service categories — AC services, cleaning, beauty, and plumbing
• Design performance marketing creatives — Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Display ads optimized for service booking conversions
• Create motion graphics and short-form video graphics for Urban Company's content marketing channels
• Maintain and evolve Urban Company's brand guidelines across digital and physical customer touchpoints

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Understanding of digital marketing visual formats and performance creative design
• Clean, contemporary design aesthetic with strong attention to brand consistency
• Portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing and brand design work
