About This Role
Zomato — India's most recognizable food and quick commerce brand (NSE/BSE listed) — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Visual Designers for its in-house creative team in Gurugram, creating the bold, meme-worthy, and culturally resonant visual design that has made Zomato one of India's most followed brands on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Zomato's social media content — Twitter/X posts, Instagram creatives, memes, and real-time cultural moment content that Zomato is famous for
- Create integrated campaign visuals for Zomato and Blinkit's major marketing campaigns — IPL, Diwali, midnight delivery campaigns
- Design in-app marketing assets — push notification visuals, story banners, and promotional pop-ups for the Zomato app
- Develop OOH (out-of-home) campaign designs — billboards, hoardings, and metro station ads in Zomato's distinctively witty visual style
- Create video and motion graphics content — short-form videos, GIFs, and animated social stories
- Contribute to Zomato's brand identity evolution and design system documentation
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and real-time social media trends
- Ability to translate brand humor and wit into visual form quickly
- Portfolio showcasing bold, contemporary, and culturally aware design — especially digital and social content
