About This Role
Swiggy — India's leading on-demand delivery platform (NSE/BSE listed) — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Brand Designers to shape the visual identity, campaign design, and brand communication for Swiggy's food delivery, Instamart quick commerce, and Swiggy Dineout platforms used by millions of Indians daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Design integrated brand campaign visuals — OOH, digital, social media, and in-app marketing materials for Swiggy and Instamart
- Create social media content — Instagram posts, reels covers, Twitter visuals, and YouTube channel art for Swiggy's witty, culturally savvy brand voice
- Develop festive campaign design — IPL, Diwali, New Year, and food moment campaigns that leverage Swiggy's pop-culture brand positioning
- Design Swiggy's performance marketing creatives — app install ads, social ads, and display banners optimized for conversion
- Create motion graphics and animated social content using After Effects or similar tools
- Maintain and evolve Swiggy's brand design system across its portfolio of apps and services
Requirements & Skills
- B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma skills preferred
- Genuine passion for pop culture, food, humor, and bold visual communication
- Understanding of social media visual formats and digital-first design thinking
- Portfolio showcasing smart, culturally relevant, and visually engaging design work
