About This Role

Nykaa — India's leading beauty and fashion e-commerce platform (NSE/BSE listed) — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Graphic Designers for its vibrant in-house creative studio, crafting the visual language for Nykaa's beauty brand marketing, app design, and content that engages 35+ million beauty enthusiasts across India.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital marketing assets — Instagram posts, YouTube thumbnails, emailers, app banners, and website visuals for Nykaa's beauty and fashion categories
Create packaging design and unboxing experience visuals for Nykaa's private-label beauty brands — Nykaa Cosmetics, Kay Beauty, and Nykd
Develop seasonal campaign visuals — Nykaa Pink Friday Sale, Navratri, Diwali, and Valentine's Day campaigns
Design beauty editorial content — lookbooks, trend reports, and product feature layouts for Nykaa's content platform
Create in-store visual merchandising designs for Nykaa's offline retail stores across India
Maintain Nykaa's brand design guidelines and ensure visual consistency across all consumer touchpoints

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle visual aesthetics
Understanding of packaging design and print production processes is a plus
Portfolio showing beauty, lifestyle, or retail-oriented design work
Eye for color, texture, and premium visual communication
