Junior Art Director

About This Role

Lowe Lintas India — one of India's most creatively celebrated advertising agencies, part of the global MullenLowe Group and IPG network — is hiring fresh visual design graduates as Junior Art Directors to contribute to Lowe Lintas's creative legacy of campaigns that have defined Indian advertising across decades.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and campaign executions across print, TV, digital, and outdoor advertising formats
• Design key visuals, social media content, video storyboards, and brand identity materials for Lowe Lintas clients
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop creative concepts that solve client briefs with originality and clarity
• Present creative work to internal teams and participate in client presentation preparations
• Adapt and resize campaign artworks for regional language markets and diverse media formats
• Stay current on visual trends, digital platforms, and Indian cultural moments to inform creative work

Requirements & Skills

• B.Des/B.F.A./Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Applied Arts — 2024/2025 batch
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign proficiency a strong plus
• Conceptual thinking ability — can generate original visual ideas beyond pure execution
• Strong sense of Indian culture, language, and consumer context
• Portfolio showing both conceptual advertising work and crafted design execution
