About This Role

DDB Mudra Group — one of India's most creatively awarded advertising agencies and the Indian arm of the global Omnicom network — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Creative Designers to join its award-winning creative teams, developing visual solutions for DDB Mudra's portfolio of leading FMCG, automotive, and social cause campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design print, OOH, digital, and social media campaign visuals under the direction of senior art directors and creative directors
Create brand identity assets — visual identity systems, logo applications, stationery, and brand guideline documents
Develop packaging design concepts and retail point-of-sale (POS) display materials for FMCG clients
Produce social media content calendars — static posts, story templates, carousel designs, and animated GIFs
Prepare client presentations — concept decks, mood boards, and campaign visualizations
Maintain design file organization and version control for multi-format campaign artwork archives

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Applied Arts — 2024/2025 batch
Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills — demonstrable through portfolio
Understanding of print production processes and packaging design basics is a plus
Good visual conceptualization skills with a sense of Indian consumer culture and aesthetics
Portfolio showing breadth across print, packaging, and digital design
