About This Role

McCann Worldgroup India — part of one of the world's most celebrated agency networks and creator of the iconic "Truth Well Told" philosophy — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Visual Designers to join its creative studio in Mumbai and Delhi, working on campaigns for McCann's portfolio of healthcare, FMCG, automotive, and technology brand clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design integrated campaign visuals — print ads, OOH layouts, digital creatives, social content, and emailers
Develop brand identity components — logos, icon sets, brand guidelines, and packaging design concepts
Create visually compelling presentation decks for client pitches and campaign briefings
Execute motion graphics for social media reels, YouTube pre-rolls, and digital display animations
Prepare files for print production — understanding bleed, trim, color profiles, and print specifications
Work with the creative team to iterate designs quickly based on client and internal creative feedback

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related — 2024/2025 batch
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Solid portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and execution-level design ability
Good understanding of design principles — typography, grid systems, color theory
Ability to work at pace in a high-pressure, deadline-driven advertising environment
