About This Role

Dentsu Creative India — the creative arm of the global Dentsu Group and one of India's fastest-growing agency networks — is hiring fresh visual communication and design graduates as Junior Art Directors to develop bold, culturally resonant visual campaigns for Dentsu's portfolio of local and global brand clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute visual campaigns for print, digital, OOH, and social media channels
Design key visuals, campaign layouts, social content, digital banners, and brand identity executions
Work closely with copywriters and creative directors to develop integrated campaign concepts
Create motion graphics and animated social content using Adobe After Effects or similar tools
Prepare client presentation decks — mood boards, visual concepts, and campaign storyboards
Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously and deliver print-ready and digital-optimized artwork

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts — 2024/2025 batch
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion content is a plus
Strong visual conceptualization ability and design sensibility
A compelling portfolio showcasing campaign-style visual thinking
Curiosity about culture, trends, and brand storytelling
