About This Role

Leo Burnett India — part of the global Publicis Groupe network and known for its "HumanKind" philosophy — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Graphic Designers to join its creative studio, working on integrated brand campaigns for Leo Burnett's portfolio of leading FMCG, retail, and consumer brand clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual assets for integrated campaigns — print ads, digital banners, social media creatives, emailers, and OOH visuals
Develop brand identity elements — logos, typography applications, color palettes, and brand guideline documents
Create compelling presentation decks and campaign storyboards for client pitches and internal creative reviews
Retouch and composite images for high-quality advertising productions
Resize and adapt campaign artworks across multiple formats — mobile, desktop, print, and outdoor sizes
Support the creative team with artwork production, file management, and print-ready artwork preparation

Requirements & Skills

B.Des/B.F.A./B.Sc. in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field — 2024/2025 batch
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Good sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Strong portfolio showing diverse design work across print and digital formats
Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across executions
