About This Role

Ogilvy India — one of the world's most celebrated advertising agencies and home to campaigns that have shaped Indian brand culture — is hiring fresh design graduates as Junior Art Directors to join its creative teams in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, working on integrated campaigns across India's most iconic brands.

Job Overview

As a Junior Art Director at Ogilvy India, you will work alongside senior creative directors and copywriters to develop visual concepts for print, digital, outdoor, and social media campaigns for Ogilvy's diverse client portfolio spanning FMCG, automotive, banking, and consumer technology brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and design executions for integrated advertising campaigns across print, digital, OOH, and social media formats
• Create campaign visuals — key visuals, social media posts, banner ads, emailers, and presentation decks — as directed by senior creative leads
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop cohesive creative concepts that marry visual storytelling with compelling brand narratives
• Prepare client-ready presentation materials — mood boards, concept decks, and campaign visualizations
• Adapt master campaign artworks across multiple formats, sizes, and regional language versions
• Contribute ideas in internal brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related discipline — 2024/2025 batch
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and clean visual execution
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition principles
• Genuine passion for advertising, brand communication, and pop culture
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to client feedback
