Responsibilities
- Provide on-demand written homework help in Math, Science, English, French, Spanish, and Social Studies via Paper's chat-based tutoring platform
- Guide students to find the right answers through targeted questioning rather than providing direct solutions
- Handle multiple concurrent student chats efficiently while maintaining quality of guidance
- Document session activities and flag concerns to the Paper academic team
- Adhere to Paper's instructional methodology focused on Socratic questioning and learning ownership
- Maintain consistent productivity and quality benchmarks on the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in an accredited university
- Proficiency in written English (bilingual English/French or English/Spanish is a strong plus)
- Ability to type quickly and communicate clearly via text chat
- Reliable internet, laptop, and a quiet workspace
