Online Test Prep Tutor – Kaplan

We are seeking engaging Online Test Prep Tutors who can help students conquer their target exams from the comfort of home.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized online tutoring sessions using Kaplan's proprietary learning platform
- Teach test-specific strategies and content review for assigned exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, or LSAT)
- Analyze student practice test results and create targeted improvement plans
- Keep students motivated and on track with a structured study timeline
- Communicate recommendations and progress reports to students and (for K-12) parents
- Stay current on exam format changes and Kaplan curriculum updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus for graduate test prep (GRE, GMAT, LSAT)
- Demonstrated high score on the relevant exam(s) you wish to teach
- Engaging, patient, and motivating instructional style
- Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone for online sessions
- Teaching, tutoring, or instructional experience preferred
