Responsibilities
- Accept instant tutoring sessions via the TutorMe platform whenever you are online and available
- Provide clear, guided explanations for homework problems, concepts, and exam preparation
- Use TutorMe's virtual classroom (whiteboard, LaTeX editor, code editor, document viewer) effectively
- Leave helpful session summaries so students can review what was covered
- Tutor across multiple subject areas if qualified (more subjects = more sessions)
- Maintain a high student satisfaction rating through quality, engaging instruction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) with strong academic record
- Subject expertise verified through TutorMe's screening and competency assessment process
- Reliable computer, stable internet, and a distraction-free work environment
- Ability to type quickly and communicate clearly in written form
- Previous tutoring, TA, or instructional experience preferred
