About This Role
Stryker is hiring fresh engineering graduates as Associate Field Service Engineers to maintain and support Stryker's portfolio of surgical equipment, endoscopy systems, power tools, and operating room integration products across India's hospitals and surgical centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair on Stryker surgical equipment — endoscopy towers, arthroscopy systems, power tools, and OR integration systems
- Respond to service calls at hospital accounts, diagnosing and resolving equipment faults to minimize surgical procedure downtime
- Conduct pre-operative equipment checks and support surgical teams during complex procedures requiring Stryker equipment
- Maintain complete service records, warranty documentation, and compliance tracking in Stryker's service management system
- Train hospital biomedical engineers and OR nursing staff on basic equipment operation and first-line troubleshooting
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with Stryker's logistics team for timely parts procurement
Requirements & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering — 2024/2025 batch
- Interest in surgical technology, operating room environments, and medical equipment service
- Comfortable working in hospital OT and clinical environments
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving under pressure
