About This Role

Agra Marble Craft Exports is looking for a Marketing Executive to promote its inlaid marble souvenirs, home decor, and handicraft products online and through B2B channels. Agra's marble craft industry is a significant cottage export sector and this role combines digital marketing with direct B2B relationship building. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or export sales are suitable. Freshers with strong social media skills and a creative mindset are also welcome.

Role Context

You will manage the company's Instagram and WhatsApp Business presence, handle export buyer inquiries from the company website and craft fair directories, and coordinate participation in trade fairs like IHGF Delhi. The owner handles high-value buyer negotiations directly — your role is lead generation, content creation, and inquiry follow-up. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with direct visibility to business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post product content on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Catalogue
• Respond to export buyer inquiries from the website and craft directories
• Prepare product catalogues and quotation documents for B2B buyers
• Coordinate with the production team to photograph new products for online listing
• Research and list products on export platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia
• Assist in logistics coordination for sample dispatch to overseas buyers

Requirements & Skills

• Any graduation — marketing, commerce, or arts background preferred
• Basic Instagram and Facebook content creation skills
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and email for buyer communication
• Written English for export buyer correspondence
• Photography skills for product shoots using a smartphone — an advantage
• Genuine interest in Agra's craft heritage is valued here
